This is book two in Ms. Norman's The Breathe Series. We finally get the answers we have been waiting for. In book one we met Owen. He's hot and sexy fireman with a playboy attitude when it came to relationships. On his way to meet up with a best friend across the country, he happens to meet the women who changes all that. Olivia is a psychologist who has been studying groups of Police and Firefighters that have suffered from PTSD. On her way to a conference also cross country she finds something she thought would never be found, true love. She and Owen meet in a airport bar pre-flight and have been in a relationship since. In this read we find out if Owen overcomes his commitment phobia and his fear of appearing weak to Olivia if he reveals the truth behind his nightmare. We also learn if Olivia can get past her insecurities that have been installed by her last failed relationship to Jay, her ex. It doesn't make it easy for Liv that Owen has a past as a love them and leave them kind of guy. Is she enough for Owen or will he go back to an ex of his? This read is full of hot and steamy scenes that will have you seeking a cold shower or so. You will be captivated from start to finish. Will these two find a life and family that they are both longing for or will their fears get the best of them and end any chance of happiness together? A must read hands down!
